Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Majors Inc LLC, doing business as Crush Media.

1. Nature of Services

Crush Media provides digital advertising management services on a recurring monthly basis under a signed Service Agreement. Services involve immediate work at the start of each billing period including campaign builds, creative production, audience research, ad account management, and ongoing optimization.

2. Monthly Fees — Generally Non-Refundable

Because significant work is performed at the start of each billing cycle, monthly management fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

3. Cancellation

Clients may cancel an active engagement with thirty (30) days’ written notice sent to info@crushmedia.marketing. Services and monthly fees continue through the full 30-day notice period. After the notice period concludes, no further charges are billed.

4. Discretionary Prorated Refunds

In limited circumstances where services have not yet been delivered for a billing period, Crush Media may issue a prorated refund at its sole discretion. To request consideration, email info@crushmedia.marketing within five (5) business days of the charge.

5. Ad Spend

Funds allocated to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, others) are paid directly by the client to those platforms and are subject to those platforms’ refund policies. Crush Media does not control or refund ad spend.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

Clients must contact Crush Media at info@crushmedia.marketing before initiating any chargeback with their card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will be contested with full documentation including the signed Service Agreement, proof of services delivered, and communication history.
